What is the risk for tetanustwo days ago i sterilized a few pairs of non rusting scissors in boiling water, i soaked and cleaned out pot with soap and water afterward. today, my mom made soup in same pot, boiling the liquid for 2, 3 hours. thank you?

None. Tetanus is transmited through a cut in the skin with a contaminated object. Boiling water is an effective means to kill bacteria.

No risk for tetanus in above mentioned circumstances. Metal contamination/leak remains possible and having dedicated pots for cleaning and separate for cooking is recommended.
