Should be fine: It should be fine. Gentle cleaning with soap and water should be sufficient. Watch for pain, redness or an increase in drainage.

No problem: Your drain was not pulled too early. Follow your surgeons orders regarding diet and activity. Bathe with normal soap - don't add a stringent agent like hydrogen peroxide. Notify your doctor if you have recurring fever or increasing redness about the wound(s). Your progress will have ups and downs, but the trend should continue to improve as time passes.
