If the piece of glass was small and not sharp it should have passed through the gastrointestinal tract by 2or 3 days without incident. However if it was a sharp piece of glass it can cause perforation. In view of your discomfort, consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation and advice.

You may want to get some imaging to see where the glass is located. Watch your stool for any change in color. Watch for any signs of bleeding from the glass scratching the lining of your intestinal tract. Go to the ER and have it checked out for your piece of mind.
