This occurs when you swallow something that is not completely chewed. I would suggest they you slow down when chewing and avoid talking. You could take some liquids to assist in the process.

I wonder if you experienced anxiety in those days. If not, you keep monitor the symptoms, particularly pay attention to the character of the foods which cause the symptoms then we go from there. If you are a heavy smoker and symptoms get worse by time, you need to see your doctor.
