It is always possible that the cancer is melanoma will recur in the same area. Even below the surface of the skin.

I believe I have answered a couple times your same question with different wording.You seem to be really concerned.I recommend you to go to a Dermatologist to have your lesion checked and very likely have it biopsied. You may need just a 4-8mm “punch biopsy”. It’s a tiny piece of skin, the size of a pencil eraser but it is a life saver.You will have local numbing medicine injected prior to it.
