Button on the front appeared rapidly (4 weeks) skin color wt small symmetrical colored spots, bulging, roughened, mole size? could that be a melanoma?

Get it seen: I suspect it'll turn out to be a keratoacanthoma but any growth that you have to ask about like this needs to be seen by your primary care physician.
