I have this mole on my inner thigh .it is not symmetric like it has a weird shape. and it's brown but has darker spots. is it melanoma ?

Most likely: few melanoms present as a circular nodular growth. Rather they present with an irregular shape with variegated coloration, that is areas from dark brown to light brown to whitish. If this is or is developing, one usually sees a fine redish area along some of the margins suggesting an immune attack since melanoma sheds antigen into the skin. Biopsy usually indicated.

See your PCP: The primary symptom of any skin cancer is usually a mole , sore , lump , or overgrowth. See your PCP for evaluation and referral if needed.
