With warmer weather, and more perspiration/less effective ventilation, fungal infections (yeast) are more common, which in the female genital area can produce discharge, itching. See your gyn provider, for an exam and culture of the discharge to be certain.

Penile pain near tip. Weird sensation at times and sharp or pointed at times. Comprehensive Sti testing done all negative. No test for hpv, trich, or mycoplasma genitalium. No discharge, no urination pain. Would hpv, trich, or mycoplasma do this?
