STD evaluation: The current gonorrhea/chlamydia tests are extremely accurate, and falsely negative results are rare. However, it can't hurt to be retested to be certain. If your partner definitely had gon or chl, you should be treated for even with negative tests. What kind of trichomonas test? Looking under a microscope misses half of all trich infections; make sure you have a DNA test.
