Citalopram may cause: Increased Levels of Prolactin in the Blood and/or Discharge of Milk in Men or Women when Not Breastfeeding. It is rare and rarely indicates something serious. Best to discuss with prescriber for evaluation if necessary as there are many other causes as well. Best regards.
