Lately, a small area around the angular gyrus inferior on the left hemisphere is hurting me a little. i have problems with formation of long term memories and their retrieval. i'm not as good at speaking as before. it started a year ago. i'm 22. help?

You do not reveal what your doctors believe is the underlying cause of the pathology, or what medication or therapy has been attempted. Your problems would be consistent with a lesion in the dominant hemisphere, and speech therapy might help, but you describe progression. See, if not done already, a neurosurgeon, and discuss if this can be reversed. Second opinion may help.
