No: Infarction can occur in any tissue or organ. Brain infarction is permanent loss or destruction of brain tissue. That's what infarction means. You should check the definitions of the words you're using. If tissue is permanently destroyed, obviously there can be no "cure." Infarcted tissue never grows back. All you can do is find out WHY she had the stroke in order to try to prevent more strokes.
