I always notice the day after drinking my right temporal vein bulges. when i touch it i can feel my heart beat. is this a concern? i dont drink often but im wondering if i should stop?

If you feel a pulse you are feeling the artery, not the vein. Drinking increases BP especially during withdrawal the next morning. Show to your Dr sometime-no hurry. More than 2 drinks a day can increase BP all the time in some.
