What are the mangment options for stage 4 uterine prolapse ,is it safe to leave the condition without intervention especially if i'm afraid of doing surgery especially during covid situation?

Short of surgery, support of the prolapsed uterus may be considered. This would involve use of a pessary, which may or not be possible, depending on the degree of prolapse, and is not a permanent solution. If the gynecologist who advised surgery is not willing to use a non-surgical approach, see a second trusted gynecologist.
