My mother (55 age) had uterus prolapse surgery in 2018.. after that she has been continuously having heaviness and she feels like everything is going down in her body.. recent test showed creatine level of 0.44 .. worrying ?

Blood creatinine level is super normal. Symptoms suggest possile recurrent uterine prolapse or complication of prolapse surgery. Consider second opinion because she won't want to spend rest of her life feeling as she does. Good Luck.

Agree with Dr. K. Creatinine is normal, however, it does suggest low muscle mass and her symptoms may be a reflection of poor muscle tone. It may be useful to consult a physiatrist and gynecologist for remedial treatment including muscular training. Wish you and your mother good health!
