As : As far as I am aware there are no interactions between Metronidazole and marijuana. I am sure you are aware that marijuana is illegal, therefore it is in your best interest to try an obtain a medical marijuana card if you do not have one already. All the best.

No contraindication: But if you are being treated for vaginal trichomoniasis, this is a sexually transmitted disease, and marijuana may increase the chance of acting impulsively in terms of having unprotected sex and either getting re-infected or infecting someone else. What you need to completely avoid is alcohol, which will cause an antabuse-like effect when taken with metronidazole.
