No contraindication: But if you are being treated for vaginal trichomoniasis, this is a sexually transmitted disease, and marijuana may increase the chance of acting impulsively in terms of having unprotected sex and either getting re-infected or infecting someone else. What you need to completely avoid is alcohol, which will cause an antabuse-like effect when taken with metronidazole.
