Chronic pancreatitis: If it's medically indicated a prescription can be written for nutritional supplemental drinks. Not all insurances will cover as it is available "OTC". As far as the chronic pancreatitis - the only literature I am aware of have found marijuana as a cause for recurrent pancreatitis so I highly doubt it's being used as a treatment (unless as marinol for appetite issues).
