Does the risk of blood clots decrease with time? mom took astraz 2 weeks ago had severe complications but seems to recover now... what should i still be vigilant of?

The risk is extremely low, approximately 8 cases per million, or 0.0008%. Most of the cases were of clots in the brain so the most common symptoms will be headache, seizure or altered level of consciousness, etc. You should not worry much about this rare adverse effect.
