Pop withdrawal: Good for you in stopping the soft drinks. Neither the full-sugared ones nor the artificially sweetened ones are healthy for you. You may be having both withdrawal from the caffeine and from the aspartame if you drank the artificially sweetened kind. It can be tempting to go back on them -- don't! water is good for you, and you'll feel much better in a few weeks. You can drink teas too!
