can drinking an energy drink a day cause serious issues? i don't drink a lot of water. once or twice a week. stool just had a pinch of blood, 1st time

They're unrelated: Energy drinks usually have lots of caffeine (which can affect your heart esp if you have an underlying condition, and affects sleep) and sugar (a problem esp if you're diabetic). The stool having blood may just be from a hemorrhoid or an anal fissure if fresh blood but if it continues and esp if you're over 40/ have a family history of cancer/ have anemia should go see your medical provider.
