Past five days had small, pink bumps an itchiness. some spots raised some flat. started on back spread to upper back, arms, chest and some near groin. no pain no diarrhea etc. took allegra 3 days helped a little with itching but still spread?

May be pityriasis rosea https://www.aad.org/public/diseases/a-z/pityriasis-rosea-overview https://www.aad.org/public/diseases/a-z/pityriasis-rosea-treatment Other dx : miliaria rubra ( prickly heat) , guttate psoriasis ( after strep infection) , medication or environmental contact dermatitis . Less likely scabies , fungal Keep dry, consider Zyrtec , check for strep f/u/ w/ dermatology.
