Rash: see your primary care as this maybe allergy related you may have contact dermatitis, in the interim you can take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or apply hydrocortisone cream as this will reduce the itching

Prickly heat: Possibly because of heat and moisture you may get itching and small bumps. Try to keep area dry and apply J&J baby powder or sandal wood paste. If not helpful get examined.
