Loose ends. Your liver enzymes were not very high, ALT was moderately elevated. Further surveillance imaging and liver enzymes will be needed in order to understand if long term effects or previous liver condition progressing. If you still have symptoms, they may not be related to the elevated ALT and further work up might be needed.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your ALT was not that high, if it is normal now, let it be. Refrain from paracetamol and alcohol and follow-up with your doctor.
Wish you good health!
