A member asked:

Do you think in the next decade that cancer treatments will evolve so much, based on rapid technology(ai) that all would be managed chronically, if not cured?

We have always managed diseases in the past. Problem is that new diseases can come and we are engaged in worrying about new conditions and forget to enjoy conquering the past. Hope it gives you an idea of our dreams and crude reality of life.

Definitely, more and more cancers will be better contained with huge advances in molecular medicine and technology in general. Probably not all though, prevention will remain key and that can always miss early diagnosis, due to aggressive variants and/or poor compliance.

Cancer is so many different diseases that it is unlikely that all or even most will be treatable to the extent you would like. You should focus on taking preventive measures in consultation with your doctor. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
