Most persons will approximate the height of their same gendered parent as an adult. A Dr will follow your growth over your childhood and be able to estimate your adult height. Nutritional considerations such as protein intake and lack of disease/infections will maximize your height. Boys typically finish growing around age 17. Potential to grow 2-3 inches in the next year or so.

Hard to say. If your parents are shorter due to malnutrition or environmental conditions while they were growing up, then you may grow some more in height. If your parents are short due to their genes, then probably not a lot more growth. But ALWAYS remember that the most important measure of a good person is in your head and heart, not your height.
