I have painful spot inside one of my nasal cavities/nostrils. it is on the outer wall, not the septum. i have had this for some time, but today is quite painful. i cannot feel a growth. who do i see to have it assessed?

Painful spot: Any lesion of more than 2 weeks duration requires investigation. Please see an Otolaryngologist, your General Physician, or Urgent Care.
