Hello I have a hard bump in my right nostril on the inside . My whole right side of my nose is swollen and hurts to touch my nose and my nose feels hard and it's giving me a head ache also the pain is starting to move near my eye and cheek it's giving me
My Face and neck started feeling numb last night. It happened after I blew my nose and my ear popped, and did not go away in my neck until three hrs later. I still feel numbness and tightness in my left cheek and now my jaw on both sides feels numb.

Nose often feels blocked, esp on left side. When I look in it I see two big swollen 'lumps' in my left nostril that look quite red. What is this?
Feel lump on rt side of nostril crevice where it meets cheek. can't see it. Hurts to touch or scrunch my nose. Reaccuring. Pimple? Sinus cancer?
