If it is under your nipple, it may be a breast bud, part of normal pubertal development. These can be tender. However, if it is outside of the area of the pigmented area around the nipple, and it persists, please see your doctor to have it examined. Meanwhile warm compresses to the area may make it feel less painful until it resolves.
