Kidney infection with n/v, flank/abdominal/groin pain, and a fluctuating fever that drops to 99 but back to 102. should i be concerned? im on hydrocodone (temp. 325mg), ciprofloxacin (500mg) and ondansetron (2mg). 48 hours since antibiotics taken?

Urinary tract infections should improve rapidly on the correct antibiotic. Especially with fever, please call your doctor (ideally the one who prescribed the medications) for a checkup and possibly another urine culture. Medication may need to be adjusted.
