I have been having headaches more often than usual. recently i have had what feels like pressure headache on my left temple for 3 days straight. my family has history of migraines and i am only 22 should i be worried? i will be seeing my gp soon?

Keep your appointment with you GP. Despite the headaches, the chances of a more significant abnormality is quite small.

With your family history, it is highly likely that you have migraine also. Your sole worry could be escalation of the headache pattern if not managed properly, as "pain pills" of any type can result in chronic daily migraine. However, terrific preventative approaches are available. Hope your GP can help. Alternatively, a neurologist would be a resource.
