I have pcos, regular 28-30 day cycles, and track my ovulation, and have sex regularly throughout the month, especially during fertile window. i cant seem to conceive.are cysts preventing conception even with ovulation?could cysts block a tube?

If you have tried for about a year and not gotten pregnant, it would be prudent to consult a fertility expert. Cysts generally do not block the fallopian tubes. Wish you good health!
