I had a surgical abortion 15 months ago. i am trying to conceive for 4 months without luck. my partner is the same and i have been off contraceptive pills for about 10 months. any advice for fertile window or just to make conception more possible. ?

Patience: The cited average wait for a desired pregnancy is 6 mo with a range of weeks to 1 yr. After a year studies of both for fertility issues would be reasonable as situations do change. Anxiety can decrease your chances so relaxation is a good pattern to pursue.
