Definite cataplexy (confirmed by detailed interview and video), hyponogogic hallucinations, eds. mslt unable to be completed due to insuff. sleep/anxiety during psg. cataplexy responsive to treatment. if hla+, should hypcretin assay be done?

Not so sure you need further extensive testing as it appears that narcolepsy/ cataplexy is well established. Would treat both as therapeutic test and control measures at this point. Additional studies if questions arise
