Yes. Anxiety can cause these symptoms. Other reasons include very subtle seizures at night. Or it could just be a night dream. See your doctor if they continue.

Agree with Dr Nefcy, and would emphasize evaluation if persistence. Complex partial seizures could cause similar problems, but sleep disorders could be alternative explanation. Recreational drugs and even prescription drugs could cause such reactions. So, if this becomes ongoing, see your doctor and consider a neurologist.
