Irregular Menstrual Periods during Puberty are common. It reflects your body's fluctuating hormones. Physical factors such as weight loss, low BMI and high exercise can cause fluctuations. It is possible for you to still ovulate, (causing all the symptoms) without actually bleeding. This is still normal.
