No period ?: Cramps and headaches are common just prior to menstruation, and this month, your actual period may be "late" b/c your ovulation was delayed (stress, either emotional or job/school related can do this). "Sexual activity" is not limited to intercourse, but if exposed to semen near the vaginal area, and your period does not occur, get a serum HCG test to be certain.
