Studying your body using online information may trigger health related anxiety and best to address it would be to discuss your findings with your pediatrician during your annual physical exam. It is likely that your lymph nodes are normal, your pediatrician will be able to clarify.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
