Hey, i know it's normal for me to be able to feel the nodes in my groin and at the sides of my neck. but how do i know if they are enlarged or not if i can already normally feel them? there all pea sized too?

Using your physician’s opinion. Best would be to have your lymph nodes examined by your physician as based on findings that will probably alleviate your health related anxiety. If found to be abnormal work up will be started, otherwise reassurance will be provided. Either way, peace of mind.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
