Probably associated with the way that you are chewing and the muscle activity. sounds like the left side of your face muscles are "lazy" and mor ful compared to the masseter muscles of the left side of your face. No two sides of the face are even. Try to chew more on the right side of your mouth, be patient, this may take some time.

The shape of the bone where the muscles are attached changes slightly depending on amount of usage and the amount of force on the bone from muscle attachments. If you chewed exclusively on one side the muscles on that side tends to be more robust hence the difference in appearance. Try chewing more on the right side. Any changes will be gradual and symmetry may not be achieved completely
