Have spoken to a doctor over phone they think i have post nasal drip. mucus in back of throat, horse voice slight sniffy nose taking a steroid not making any difference. symptoms with me all the time?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ENT specialist. Taking steroids could be making matters worse. Wish you good health!
