Should be fine: If the pain persists beyond a few days while on the antibiotics, a re evaluation with your physician would be advised.

Pain relief: As long as you don't have an allergy, they are both fine for pain control. Just note that Advil will actually help with swelling and inflammation which the Tylenol (acetaminophen) will not
