I'm having peth blood tests about alcohol. i had around one bottle of wine on thursday evening. i had also one bottle of wine on friday. from saturday until the next friday i don't have anything to drink. is it ok to go to have peth blood test?

PETH tests for alcohol abuse begin detecting alcohol use 1-2 hours after a drink and can detect any drinking up to 12 -15 days after drinking. Having an entire bottle of wine twice or more per week indicates that you may have alcoholism. If you sought help and are getting PETH tests for monitoring, don't try to get around them, seek help to avoid drinking instead. Accountability groups can help.
