Can an anal abscess be, lumpy small and black hole or dot at center. it sounds like a fistula but can't can't be because it's not causing discharge, neither growing or causing unbearing pain. it is present from months. i am under no treatment?

It is difficult to diagnose a condition without an in person examination. See your Dr for a full examination. They will be able to determine exactly what it is and what needs to be done. An abscess will need prescription antibiotics. A fistula or healing tear may need surgery.
