Your cell counts do not rule in or rule out diabetes, talk to your doc if you are worried about diabetes. A fasting blood glucose and/or hemoglobin A1c is usually checked in order to diagnose diabetes.

Blood cell counts are the right test for diagnosis of diabetes. Visit this site for information and talk to your doctor: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/diabetes/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20371451 Wish you good health!
