What does it mean to have traces of protein in urine , 12 per field red blood cells and 4 per field white blood cells but no infection present. p.s: he takes plavix, diabetes and cholesterol medications .

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the urine results do not suggest any urgent issue. Keep diabetes under control. Wish you good health!
