If you're urinating normal or larger than normal amounts, this could be a kidney problem, diabetes, or other problem. If small amount of urine, it could indicate a urinary tract infection or other bladder problem. See a doctor soon. Good luck.

Two scenarios: First scenario: frequent voiding with normal urine volume; in this case either your fluid intake is too high or you have problem with hormone or kidneys. Second scenario: more consistent with your age and description, you have symptoms of OverActive Bladder syndrome, urge to pee frequently but not much urine each time. You can control this urge with your mind, a behavior problem.
