All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!

Your COVID 19 CBC report in full may be compared to the more recent report and placed in context with any symptoms. A follow up with your PCP is suggested. Watch for signs of infection and any chronic symptoms.

WBC fluctuates even in healthy people. Low WBC may be related to viral infections, or recovery thereof. The neutrophil count in someone who is well is not worrisome. Lacking fevers, night sweats, swollen glands or other symptoms, would consider healthy until proven otherwise.
