3 large left& right frontal & 1 temporal lesions- cerebral biopsy in 2000. had grand mal then rare focal seizures. over past 5 yrs i have 4hr+ organic complex/partial & intubated 4 times. what are they? i hear through whole seizure but cant reply?

Key question is etiology of the "lesions", and need to review serial films with your doctor. A spinal tap with an immune profile, and cytology should be done if not previously, and a blood studies should be updated. Spinal cord MRI might help to evaluate NMOSD. Your secondary seizures might get under better control via a VNS unit.
