: Key question is etiology of the "lesions", and need to review serial films with your doctor. A spinal tap with an immune profile, and cytology should be done if not previously, and a blood studies should be updated. Spinal cord MRI might help to evaluate NMOSD. Your secondary seizures might get under better control via a VNS unit.
