after i eat many times i feel a bit sick also i experience the same nervous stomach when i have anxiety. what sould i do?

The only way to get a definitive answer to a question like this is to meet with your primary care physician. She/he is trained to take a clinical history and to perform a physical examination to determine the exact cause of such anxiety.
