Nausea/nervous: Consider gastritis, reflux with H pylori a bacteria that causes gastritis- will need antibiotics. Try maalox. May also be gallbladder or pancreas. Also since you are 53 may be cardiac so would followup with your doctor and possible consider a stress test, specially if overweight, smoker, high cholesterol, family history. If all negative consider CT abd/pelvis for mass,ovaries
